PRYMALS Return & Refund Guidelines

Satisfaction Guaranteed with PRYMALS Returns PRYMALS products are crafted with care and confidence, and we stand by the quality of our goods. You may return any item within 45 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and housed in its initial packaging.

Initiating a Return or Exchange To begin a return or exchange of your pristine, non-defective PRYMALS item(s), please take the following steps:

Commencing a Return Activate your return request by accessing your PRYMALS Online Account, or by setting up a new one with your purchase email. Then, simply choose the item(s) you wish to return.

Please Note: Typically, returns can be initiated once an order is marked "Delivered." There may be a synchronization period of 7 to 14 days for the Return System post-delivery confirmation, varying by shipping method and customer location.

Processing Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll inform you via email that your item(s) have arrived. You'll also receive an email once your refund is processed.

Refunds are promptly credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Non-returnable Items Include:

  • Complimentary gifts
  • Single items from bundled packages

Refund Timing After we receive and evaluate your returned item(s), expect a refund notification within 1-2 business days. The credit will then be applied to your original payment method within the subsequent 3-5 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy Due to our rapid processing and automation, orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or altered. Should you no longer desire the item post-purchase, please follow the above return instructions.

  • Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information.
  • If your claim is validated, we'll dispatch a replacement.
